Just checked out the Hollyday Letterbox in South Windsor, CT. What a
great scenic trail along the CT River. The ice flows are running fast
down the river making for a picture perfect scene. Unfortunately we
forgot our camera. I highly recommend this short hike while the snow
and ice is still around. One caution, if you don't have a truck or
SUV, the snow covered dirt road is very rutted. I would recommend you
park where the pavement ends and hike the 1/2 mile down the road to
the river.
